See how the Rematch ranking system works.
Climbing the Rematch rankings isn't just about winning matches. You need to understand how the system works, how points are distributed, what makes you rise or fall, and why consistency matters more than isolated wins. Therefore, if you feel stuck or don't understand why you're not climbing, this guide will clarify everything you need to know to improve steadily.

How do I unlock ranked mode?
To access the Rematch rank, you must first reach level 5 by playing casual matches. The goal is to ensure that the player already has a minimum of experience within the game and understands the basics before facing more serious challenges.
After reaching level 5, it's time to complete the five placement matches . Your performance in these matches determines your initial placement in the ranked system. Even with five wins, the system doesn't automatically place you in the highest rankings, as the goal is to maintain balance among the participants.
Finally, another important detail: ranked mode only works in teams. There is no solo option, meaning you need to play in a group, with organization and communication.
Understanding the points system

Rematch's ranking system uses RP (Ranked Points) based. Each match won adds RP to your account; each loss reduces it . The exact number of points gained or lost depends on the opponents' skill level, the team's performance, and even the winning/losing streak.
Therefore, if you beat a team considered stronger, you earn more RP. Conversely, a loss against a weaker team can cost you more points than usual. Again, the intention is to encourage balance and reward those who take on greater challenges. These points define your position in the system and determine when you move up or down a division.
Rank and division structure
The Rematch ranking is divided into six main classifications:
- Bronze;
- Silver;
- Gold;
- Platinum;
- Diamond;
- Elite.
Each division has three internal RP brackets: 3, 2, and 1. You advance by accumulating RP, and upon reaching the limit of Division 1, you must compete in a promotion series (best of three matches) to advance to the next rank. Below, you can see the list with all the system levels, including their corresponding RP brackets:
| Rank | Division | RP Range |
| Bronze | Division 3 | 0 to 99 |
| Bronze | Division 2 | 100 to 199 |
| Bronze | Division 1 | 200 to 299 |
| Silver | Division 3 | 300 to 399 |
| Silver | Division 2 | 400 to 499 |
| Silver | Division 1 | 500 to 599 |
| Gold | Division 3 | 600 to 699 |
| Gold | Division 2 | 700 to 799 |
| Gold | Division 1 | 800 to 899 |
| Platinum | Division 3 | 900 to 999 |
| Platinum | Division 2 | 1000 to 1099 |
| Platinum | Division 1 | 1100 to 1199 |
| Diamond | Division 3 | 1200 to 1299 |
| Diamond | Division 2 | 1300 to 1399 |
| Diamond | Division 1 | 1400 to 1499 |
| Elite | Division 3 | 1500 to 1599 |
| Elite | Division 2 | 1600 to 1699 |
| Elite | Division 1 | 1700+ |
This table accurately summarizes the path you need to take. Promotion is based on RP (Rewards Practice), and the system ensures that no one advances by chance. You need to demonstrate consistency, win promotion series, and avoid performance dips.
How does the promotion work on Rematch?
After reaching the RP limit within Division 1 of any ranking, you enter a promotion series. There are three matches, and you need to win at least two of them to move up a category.
This stage acts as a filter to validate whether the player is truly ready to face more skilled opponents. It also prevents advancement from being the result of just a short winning streak.
If you lose the promotion series, you remain in the same division, but with RP closer to the ceiling, ready to try again.
How do relegations work in Rematch?

Rematch rank demotions occur whenever your RP falls below the minimum range for your current division. For example, if you are in Gold 2 with 705 RP and your RP drops to 695, you will automatically be demoted to Gold 3. There is no demotion series.
The drop is direct. Thus, it's possible to maintain a more rigid system and force the player to maintain a stable performance. A losing streak, however harmless it may seem, can push you to lower divisions quickly.
What affects RP gain?
RP gain in Rematch ranking varies according to three main elements:
- Match result: win or loss;
- Opponent's strength: the higher the level of the team you faced, the greater the reward in case of victory;
- A winning streak or a losing streak: consecutive wins increase profits, while consecutive losses increase losses.
Furthermore, collective performance has a direct influence. Teams that play in a coordinated manner, with efficient passing and tactical occupation of the field, have a greater chance of standing out and accumulating good results.
If you've made it this far, you're already one step ahead. Now it's time to apply that knowledge, assemble your team in Rematch , maintain consistency, and give your best in every match. With time and dedication, progress will be inevitable.
