InZoi releases official ModKit and begins a new phase of customization
November brings even more surprises!
Krafton has taken an important step to strengthen the InZoi community: the official ModKit has arrived, and with it, a new era of possibilities. Now, those of you who have followed the life simulator since its launch have powerful tools to transform the game however you want, with creativity, freedom, and plenty of customization.

Available since June 13th, the ModKit can now be downloaded for free from the Epic Games Store , Steam, and Mac App Store. And it's not just a simple technical addition: it's the first major update since the game's launch and marks the beginning of a full opening to user-created content.
Creativity is on the rise: The community takes control
With ModKit, InZoi expands access to mod development. Those already experienced in 3D design will feel right at home using Maya and Blender to create clothing, furniture, objects, and much more . However, even beginners can participate, thanks to the data editor included in this first phase.
This editor allows you to change internal game attributes, such as behavior parameters and item values, without needing to understand complex code. In other words, you can change how the game works with just a few clicks, directly in the kit's interface.
An ambitious plan divided into three phases

Krafton didn't stop with the June update. Two more phases have already been defined: September and December. And with each new stage, you'll be able to create and customize even more aspects of InZoi.
In September, it will be possible to adjust the face, body, hair, and even expressions of the characters. Furthermore , the modification of architectural elements is coming, including doors, windows, stairs, and much more. Therefore, it opens up the possibility of recreating houses, buildings, and even entire neighborhoods with your own identity.
In December, the focus will be on scripts . Script modification will unlock the creation of custom missions, new dialogues, and interactive mechanics, and for those interested in creating multilingual content, localization tools will also be available.
International competitions put creators in the spotlight
To encourage the community to fully immerse themselves in ModKit, two global contests have been launched. The first, called The Next Top Modder, runs from June 19th to July 31st, and promises to award the best mods with a total of US$11,000. Categories include clothing sets, furniture, community favorite, and total number of mods submitted.
The second contest, Every Style Starts with You, runs until July 31st and is partnered with CONNECT, a digital fashion platform. The focus here is on complete outfits and styles that express creativity and visual storytelling. With up to US$26,200 in prizes for 15 winners, the initiative reinforces InZoi's presence as a truly creative space.
New interactions and fresh content in the base game
In addition to the ModKit, the June update also brought improvements to the character relationship system. Interactions became more varied, with more nuances in bonds, dialogues, and behaviors. New cheat codes were also added.
They not only make life easier for players, but also help in creating specific scenes. This is great news for those who work with videos, machinimas, or simply want to test different situations within InZoi.
And of course, more furniture and clothing arrived. These updates increase the possibilities for interior design, bringing even more variety to homes, commercial spaces, or public places.
Next, one of the most impressive aspects of InZoi is its visual realism. Built with Unreal Engine 5 , the game features visual details that raise the bar for life simulators. The shadows, textures, and lighting create detailed and richly expressive environments.
Furthermore, the game features the Smart Zoi system, which uses CPC technology —that is, co-controllable characters. Therefore, it allows for more fluid interaction with the characters, without the rigidity common to many simulators.
The variety is also noteworthy: there are 250 customization options, over 400 mental elements, and several functionalities powered by generative artificial intelligence. Each session within InZoi can be different, depending on how you manage your characters and the spaces you create.
Multilingualism and global expansion

InZoi already supports 13 languages, including Brazilian Portuguese , European Portuguese, English, French, German, Italian, Korean, Spanish, Japanese, Russian, and Chinese in both simplified and traditional versions, as well as Polish. Most interestingly, the translation rate for each language can be checked within the game itself, highlighting the attention to detail.
Krafton has already confirmed that new languages will be incorporated in future updates, reinforcing its commitment to the international community. And, with the localization tools arriving in December, you yourself will be able to adapt content or create customized versions of the game for other audiences.
With the arrival of ModKit, Krafton signals that it wants to put the community at the center of InZoi's development. The idea is clear: to transform the game into a creative ecosystem, where each update is made in dialogue with those who actually play.
